Forward your calls to IceBot
Keep your business number. Turn on call forwarding and IceBot answers your calls. Tap a code on your phone to dial it, or copy it.

Before you test
- Dual-SIM phone: dial the code from the SIM that has your business number, or you will forward the wrong line.
- Test from a DIFFERENT phone. Calling your own number from itself goes to voicemail, not to IceBot.
- A prepaid plan may need credit before forwarding works.
- Your carrier may charge forwarded minutes at your usual call rate.
- "Connection problem or invalid MMI code" (common on Samsung with VoLTE): the phone changes forwarding over mobile data. Switch Mobile data to the SIM with your business number, turn off Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Calling, and dial the code again. Still failing? Turn off VoLTE for that SIM for a minute, dial the code, then turn VoLTE back on.
- If the Call forwarding menu is greyed out with empty "Forward to" boxes, your phone cannot reach the carrier's forwarding server (sometimes a fault on the carrier's side). Codes will fail too until it is fixed.
- If no code or menu works, call your carrier (Maxis/Hotlink: 123 from your line) and ask them to turn call forwarding on or off. They can do it for you in a minute.
- To confirm forwarding is off, ask someone to ring your number: if your phone rings, it is off, whatever the notification says.
