WhatsApp template fees: pass-through. When a message has to go out as an approved WhatsApp template (outside the 24-hour reply window, or a campaign), WhatsApp charges per template and we pass that on in credits. From 1 October 2026 WhatsApp also charges for each reply it delivers; we pass that on at cost, with no margin, and never stop replying to a customer who wrote in.
