Floee

Answering nowMalay · English · Mandarin

Your counter closes at five. The questions don’t.

Malaysian Voice. Malaysian Language. Malaysian AI.

Floee answers residents and customers on the phone and the apps they already use, in the language they already write, using only what your organisation has actually published. Every channel feeds one memory, so it knows who is asking and what they asked last time. When a question needs a person, it stops and hands your officer the whole thread.

The free plan is web chat only: 100 conversations a month, no card, and you set it up yourself.

It doesn’t just reply. It understands.

Most chatbots match keywords and answer the sentence in front of them. Floee reads the person: who they are, what they mean, and what should happen next.

  1. It knows who is asking

Someone who called on Monday and messages on WhatsApp on Tuesday is one person. It reads their history, bookings and reference numbers before it replies.

Hi, pasal booking saya semalam tu, boleh tukar ke Khamis?Recognised · booked yesterday by phone

  2. It understands rojak

Malay, English and Mandarin, and the mix of all three that Malaysians actually write and say. It answers in the language it was asked in.

Boss, size 42 ada stock tak? 明天可以拿吗?Malay · English · Mandarin in one message

  3. It reads intent and tone

It works out what the person wants, not only the words they used, and notices frustration. An upset customer reaches a person before they have to ask for one.

  4. It acts

It books the slot, sells what is in stock, sends the payment link, follows up a missed call and calls back on a campaign. The question ends with the job done.

  5. It knows when to hand over

Anything it should not answer goes to your team with the whole thread. On a call, it puts the caller through to your officer, who hears a summary first.

How it works

Four stops, the same for a message and a phone call. Nothing it says comes from anywhere but what you published, and nothing it cannot answer is left unanswered: it goes to a person.

  1. 1 A caller’s words

Assalamualaikum, saya nak tanya pasal cukai pintu. Bila tarikh akhir bayar?WhatsApp · Nurul · 9:59 pm

A message or a phone call, in Malay, English or Mandarin, or all three at once.

  2. 2 Floee understands it

    Malay

    Published by you

The Floee Malaysian language model reads it, and looks only in what you published.

  3. 3 The agent replies

Waalaikumussalam. Cukai pintu dibayar dua kali setahun: sebelum 28 Februari dan 31 Ogos.assistant · answered in Malay · 1.2 s

In the language it was asked in. If the answer is not there, it says so instead of guessing.

  4. 4 Your inbox

Every thread lands in one inbox. When it should not answer, an officer takes over with the whole history.

The console your team works in

These are the real screens, not drawings of them. Sign up and this is what you open: the inbox, the agent’s knowledge, the privacy package.

The Floee inbox: five conversations across WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram in Malay, English and Mandarin. The open thread, a repeat pothole report, is waiting for a person, with a Take over button.

Eight channels. One memory.

Nobody downloads an app to report a pothole. They message the number they already have, on the platform they already use, and next time it might be a different platform. Every route lands in the same thread, attached to the same person, and Floee reads the whole history before it answers.

  • One person, one history. A resident who writes on WhatsApp in March and Instagram in June is one contact, not two strangers.
  • Calls remember too. A voice agent answers knowing the chat history, and the call is written back into the same record.
  • Read in the language it was written in. Malay, English, Mandarin, or all three in one thread. The dashboard speaks Malay too.

It answers from your documents, and refuses to invent the rest

Fees, deadlines and procedures differ between councils and between businesses, so a model guessing at them is worse than no answer. Floee retrieves from the documents and answers you published, and when the answer is not there it says so and offers an officer.

  • Your handbooks, searchable. Upload a policy document and it is split, embedded and quotable in the next conversation.
  • No invented figures. It hands over rather than guess a fee, a date or an eligibility rule.
  • Gaps become a to-do list. Questions it could not answer are grouped, so you know what to publish next.

And when it should not answer, it stops

This is what decides whether a public-facing agent is safe to switch on. A second complaint about the same road is not a knowledge question: it is a person losing patience. Floee recognises that, stops, and puts the thread in front of an officer with everything already said.

  • When asked. “I want to speak to someone” ends the agent’s turn at once.
  • When it hears distress. Frustration is scored on every message, and on a call the agent can put the caller through to a person.
  • On anything contested. Payment disputes, appeals, enforcement and repeat complaints go to a person by design.

Every answer stays on the record

A public body has to show what a resident was told, when and by whom, and delete that person’s data on request. That is built into the storage layer rather than bolted on.

  • Isolation in the database itself. 72 tenant-scoped tables are guarded by row-level security.
  • A consent ledger and an erasure path. What each contact was shown, and a reviewable scrub across every table that holds their data.
  • Hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. In Singapore today, with Malaysian hosting on the roadmap, and a printable PDPA package for your review.

Everything it does today

Every feature below is live in the product now. Jump to an area, or read straight through.

Every channel

One agent, one set of knowledge, on the phone and in every app your customers already use.

  • Voice agents, in and out

Answers calls to your number and places outbound calls, with the same knowledge as chat.

  • Website chat and Talk

A chat widget for your site, with a Talk button that lets a visitor speak to the agent in the browser.

  • WhatsApp

Replies on your WhatsApp Business number, with approved templates for messages outside the 24-hour window.

  • Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

Direct messages from each app land in the same inbox and get the same answers.

  • Email

Reads a connected mailbox and answers enquiries by email.

  • Your own number

Keep your business number: forward it to the agent, or show it as caller ID on outbound calls.

Understanding

It knows who is asking, what they asked last time, and what they mean, in the way Malaysians actually write and speak.

  • One memory across channels

One record per person: every message, call, booking and reference number, read before the next reply.

  • Malay, English, Mandarin | and rojak

Answers in the language it was asked in, including messages that mix all three.

  • Intent and tone

Recognises frustration and hands the thread to a person before the customer has to ask.

  • Five Malaysian voices

Every voice agent speaks with a Malaysian accent. Hear all five and pick one when you create the agent.

  • Pronunciation lexicon

Tell the agent how to say your brand, street and product names, and it says them that way on every call.

  • Answers only from what you published

It answers from your knowledge base. If the answer is not there, it says so instead of guessing.

It acts

The conversation that started as a question can finish the job.

  • Bookings and Google Calendar

Checks availability and books inside the conversation, with hours, buffers and limits; syncs to Google Calendar.

  • Catalogue, stock and orders

Answers from your catalogue, sells only what is in stock, and takes the order.

  • Payment links

Sends a payment link in the thread and settles it against the order.

  • Tickets and reference numbers

Logs a complaint or request, reads the reference number back, and checks its status later.

  • Forms in the chat

Collects registrations and intake details as a conversation, not a web form.

  • Follow-ups

Messages a caller back after an unanswered call, and retries campaign calls that did not connect.

Outbound

Reminders, renewals, RSVPs and collections, run from a list.

  • Campaigns and outbound calling

Upload a list and call or message it, with the outcome of every call recorded.

  • Calling hours and do-not-contact

Dials only inside the calling hours you set, and skips anyone on your do-not-contact list or who opted out.

People in the loop

It knows when to stop, and your team always has the whole thread.

  • Inbox and take-over

Every thread in one inbox. Anything the agent should not answer waits for a person, who takes over with the full history.

  • Warm transfer and officer hotline

On a call, the agent puts the caller through to your officer, who hears a short summary first and gets it in writing.

  • Live now

See every call in progress, as it happens, from the inbox.

  • Teams and routing

Route threads to the right team or branch, with multiple locations each on their own hours and services.
